"I heard about Kim through my groomer, who I love. Kim responded quickly and even set up special one-on-one training sessions at my house with my puppy, Charlie. Many people would be wary of bringing a stranger into their home; however, Kim is so friendly and trusting, I felt I'd known her forever. She explained every exercise so thoroughly that Charlie and I had no problem working on things on our own after the session was over. She would stay longer if Charlie was not understanding something and work diligently with me as well so I fully understood ever tactic.

I would most definitely recommend Kim to a friend as it was a wonderful experience for both Charlie and I. We are continuing to work on training skills daily and Kim is only an email away if I have any questions at all."
